Santa Clara University

It is almost a year since I am in SCU. I have witnessed the four seasons Fall, Winter, Spring and presently Summer. In a few months I will be done with my course. Below are some of the photographs I have captured during my graduate student life.

This is the University main entrance from the El Camino Real. In the backdrop is the newly constructed MBA school.

The one thing which catches the eye as you enter the campus is the Mission Santa Clara de Asis church.

This was captured on a Rainy day in December.

The church interiors. A marriage ceremony in progress as I clicked this.

This is a historical mission wall. It is still preserved in its original form.

The Nobilli hall during the Spring.

Spring bloom again.

The Bensons center.

Lavender bloom.

Captured on an overcast evening. Looking forward for the fall and winter this year.

The Grand Old Tree !!!

This Silk Cotton Tree in Lalbagh, Bangalore is said to be more than 300 years old. The most prominent thing about it is its giant root system. This tree stands witness to over 3 centuries of Bangalore's history. Seen in picture are my ex colleagues Ashutosh & Pavan and ex manager who was visiting Bangalore from US Fernando. Shot on Dec 4 2004.

Jai Kisan

Farmers posing in Mandya, Bangalore Rural. Ahh what a lovely peaceful innocent life of the farmers, compared to the din of the city life. Ofcourse many may argue that the grass is always greener on the other side. Salute to the farmers of the country who give food and the soldiers who protect the nation. Jai Jawan Jai Kisan !!!
