This was on my way back from office. The sun setting over Sankey Tank.

This was shot from Omkar Hills which can be reached by going inside the Rajarajeshwari Nagar Entrance located on the Mysore Road.The sunset sequence shot here lasted for around just two minutes. The rate at which the sun disappeared behind the mountains was rapid. It was just too good to witness this. Not every day you get to see this.

Yet another day...Comes to an end

Sunsets are a treat to the eyes. Its the same process every single day, but it looks different every time you witness it. This was taken today during my walk in the UAS campus. I sat down near a tree to see the sun go down. I somehow tend to become a bit emotional whenever I see a sunset :) The song from Kal Ho Na Ho was on my mind.

Prestige Acropolis

Had been to The Forum Mall on saturday evening. The view of the apartments with the wonderful formation of the clouds n the sun was irresistible. This apartment along with many others and also The Forum Mall are the creations of The Prestige Group. No doubt all these add a different dimension to the city in terms of modernization n infrastructure, but they have also taken away the charm n calm of the good old Namma Bengalooru. Its become such a pain to step out of the house into the heart of the city in the weekends with all the traffic, pollution n people everywhere.

The sun hides behind the trees. The generator of the natural solar energy on which life survives stands humbly alongside with the man made unreliable electrical energy standing tall in a commanding manner. True,sometimes man considers himself superor to nature.
